• What file types do you accept for custom DTF orders?

  For custom DTF orders, we recommend high-resolution print-ready files such as PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD. Transparent background PNG files are commonly preferred for direct print use, especially when the design is already sized correctly. To achieve the best print result, artwork should be clean, high-resolution, properly scaled, and free from unwanted backgrounds or low-quality edges.

• Do DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, and blends?

  Yes, DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, making them a versatile option for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and other apparel products. Cotton uses our standard settings: 310°F (155°C), 12–15 seconds. For nylon and heat-sensitive polyester, contact us before pressing — we'll advise the correct settings for your fabric.

• How do I press Glitter DTF?

  Glitter DTF uses the same settings as standard DTF: 310°F (155°C), medium pressure, 12–15 seconds. Wait about 5 seconds, peel, then press again for 5–10 seconds.

• Do UV DTF transfers need a heat press?

  UV DTF transfers do not require a heat press. Peel the backing, apply to a clean surface, smooth it down, then remove the top transfer film.

• Can I apply DTF transfers to sublimation-printed items?

  No. Do not apply DTF transfers to sublimation-printed garments or hard goods. Sublimation dye reactivates with heat and can bleed into the transfer’s white layer, causing color shift and adhesion failure. This is a material incompatibility, not a product defect.

• Is there a minimum order quantity for DTF transfers?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single transfer or thousands — whatever your project needs. Both small custom orders and bulk business orders are welcome.

• How fast do you ship DTF transfer orders?

  Most orders are produced within 2 hours and ship the same business day (cutoff times apply). Delivery speed then depends on the shipping method you select at checkout (standard or expedited).
